Recruitment Partner
POSITION OVERVIEW
Join us at Bayer as a Recruitment Partner, where you'll be a key player in our mission to attract top talent and shape the future of our organization. You'll manage the recruitment process for managerial positions in your region, working closely with external partners and providing valuable insights to our leadership and Talent Attraction (TA) team. Your efforts will ensure we stay ahead with the latest recruitment tools and strategies, continuously enhancing our TA processes.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for managerial positions in your designated countries, ensuring a seamless and efficient process;
- Oversee the administration and logistics of recruitment activities, including crafting compelling job postings and defining innovative sourcing strategies;
- Engage in direct search activities to connect with passive candidates and expand our talent pool if needed;
- Organize, participate in, and facilitate interviews and assessment centers, playing an active role in candidate evaluation;
- Lead calibration sessions and intake meetings to ensure alignment on managerial role requirements;
- Provide timely feedback and extend offers to candidates, handling negotiations and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders;
- Work closely with your team and the global TA structure on all recruitment-related matters;
- Identify and implement actions to resolve potential quality or efficiency issues in TA processes;
- Lead and contribute to impactful projects and initiatives within the TA .
WHO YOU ARE
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in recruitment, with a strong emphasis on managerial roles;
- Experience in IT recruitment is a plus;
- Strong active sourcing capabilities;
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Eightfold, SuccessFactors, and Workday is beneficial;
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders;
- Knowledge of the Life Science industry is highly advantageous;
- Higher education qualifications;
- Excellent English language skills (C1 level or higher), fluency in additional European languages are highly desirable;
- A structured and organized approach with the ability to prioritize effectively;
- A collaborative team player with outstanding social skills.
