Time Management & Compensation and Benefits Associate with German
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Support two business processes in HR simultaneously.
- Utilize SAP for daily process tasks related to time management and compensation and benefits.
- Manage ticketing and communication through ServiceNow.
- Participate in the onboarding process for Workday.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance understanding of HR processes.
- Assist in the documentation and tracking of HR-related tasks and processes.
- Provide support for data entry and maintenance in HR systems.
- Monitor and report on key metrics related to time management and compensation.
- Engage in continuous learning to gain broader perspectives in both HR areas.
- Facilitate communication between different teams and stakeholders as needed.

Who Your Are:
- Open-minded and eager to learn.
- HR experience, preferably in time management and compensation.
- First experience in a large organization.
- Familiarity with SAP, Workday, and relevant programs.
- Proficient in German (B2 minimum, C1+ preferred) and English (B2+).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Teamwork and organizational skills.
- Completed education or comparable qualification.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication and cooperation skills.
- Willingness to support change and be open to new opportunities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR organization.
