Data Expert for Model-Informed Drug Development (all genders)
As a member of the Model-Informed Drug Development (MIDD) Team, you will lead the data strategy, conduct data exploration, prepare and/or guide creation of analysis datasets and documentation and ensure fit for purpose quality for popPK, PKPD, exposure-response and PBPK analyses, supporting decision making throughout the R&D process until submission and beyond.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You provide MIDD data support across all therapeutic areas from early development to market for assigned projects
- You collaborate with MIDD Experts & Leads to define analysis strategies, plan projects, and specify data-related activities at project and activity level
- You conduct data exploration and exploratory analyses, including visualizations, to support decision-making
- You prepare datasets for population PK, PK/PD, exposure-response, and physiologically-based PK analyses (in R/SAS) for analysis in NONMEM, Monolix or PKSim/Mobi
- You define work packages and guide CRO preparation of analysis datasets, ensuring adherence to specifications and best practices
- You perform quality checks and document dataset creation, offering feedback on data from partners and CROs
- You take ownership of MIDD contributions aligned with the VACC concept
- You identify and act on opportunities to improve departmental effectiveness and work on initiatives for process development
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a Master’s degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, life science or a related area
- You bring several years of experience in MIDD/pharmacometrics, statistical analysis, SDTM/ADAM programming, clinical data management, or related areas, with a solid understanding of clinical data-related processes
- You have experience and understanding of CDISC standards and data structures
- You are experienced in programming with SAS and/or R
- You thrive in dynamic, collaborative and fast paced environments where innovation, ownership and team work are key
- Your strategic mindset, proactivity and organizational skills lead to productive collaborations in your working team and across departments
- You enjoy developing and driving creative solutions, anticipate stakeholder needs, and have the communication skills to influence outcomes effectively
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
