Sales Activation Supervisor - Guadalajara
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Design and follow-up of on the correct implementation of the sales activation plan to achieve the Sell Out target for the R3 in alignment with marketing and the sales team.
- Implement the marketing plan activities in the region.
- Design of the demos and events plan to generate demand for Bayer's solution portfolio.
- Be the specialist in each of Bayer's brands RSA leadership and team development.
- Define and negotiate with distributors the investments on the sales activation plan to assure 50% investment of the total cost of the sales activation plan in the region.
- Understand and implement differentiated branding strategy in the region.
- Manage the sales activation of both the corn and sorghum portfolio and the complexity it has due to macro and microenvironments.
- Assure the correct demand of the portfolio with the challenges of different pricing across sub – regions and the challenges of volumes per hybrid we have due to the JIT.
- Assure the sales activation plan is aligned with the type of customer we have in each sub region.
- Manage the sales activation plan for three corn brands: DEKALB, Asgrow.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree, desirable mastery. Industrial Engineer, Administration, Marketing, Agronomy or Related.
- 6 – 7 years of experience in marketing, sales, trade marketing.
- Negotiation, sales, implementation of marketing plans, portfolio management, demand generation, knowledge and / or management of market share, sales budget skills.
- Intermediate English
- 2 – 3 years leading people, desirable.
- Office knowledge. Salesforce or similar CRM
