YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 执行公司市场部的策略，通过以下方式不断的创造需求，完成及超越完成 公司的销售指标；
• 有效地将目标客户进行分级管理，了解目标客户的情况，合理安排拜访频 率、确保正确的传递产品信息；
• 独立的组织面对客户幻灯演讲；
• 独立组织圆桌会，有效的与专家合作，以保证医生正确的处方习惯；
• 协助市场部举办区域的推广会议；
• 协助主管完成招标及医保事务；
• 及时准确的反馈市场信息；及时更新数据库信息及当前的拜访信息。

WHO YOU ARE

• 医药学本科及以上学历；
• 一定的药品销售工作经验，并业绩优秀 o 医药代表:一年以上 o 高级医药代表：二至三年左右 o 医药专员：四到五年左右
• 为人诚实、工作积极主动
• 具有良好的业务敏锐度、学习能力及销售技巧；
• 良好的沟通能力及人际关系能力、影响力；
• 有和医学领域专家建立并保持良好的关系的能力；
• 良好的创新，开拓能力，
• 以客户为导向；
• 良好的自我激励能力，愿意在压力下承担挑战性的工作；
• 掌握演讲技巧，良好的协调及组织能力。
