YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Responsible for cooperating with the first distributors to recommend and daily management of city package distributors
  • Support first-tier distributors to lead city package distributors to meet Bayer's performance appraisal requirements
  • Guided by business results, support first-tier distributors to establish business communication and cooperation between Bayer's business promotion team and city package distributors
  • Assist first-tier distributors in empowerment training and business coaching for city package distributors
  • Regional business assistance to the first-tier distributors to the city package dealer semi-annual audit and daily data check
  • Responsible for the authentic, effectiveand timely reporting of terminal sales data in each city
  • Participate in the joint participation of the central business through the authorization of the first-tier distributors to the second-tier distributors

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Familiar with the dealer sales network in the region, and have certain network resources
  • Nearly 5 years of experience in the channel management of medical high-value consumables of foreign companies
  • Experience in cooperation and relationship with major platform providers in the region
  • Distributors in the region have a certain understanding of the relationship network with important hospitals, and can help local business teams
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen
  • Strong sense of responsibility, enterprising spirit and team spirit
  • Have certain business negotiation skills
  • Have a certain entrepreneurial spirit
