YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Reach the Sell Out target of Bayer technologies and systems with her/his key accounts.
  • Negotiate the Sell Out annual target with her/his key accounts.
  • Achieve and maintain Customer Share and Net Promotor Score above region’s average with the key accounts assigned.
  • Provide technical advisory to key accounts, establishing a calendar of visits and services according to crop development, in order to help them to maximize their profitability.
  • Ensure that key accounts are the early adopters for new Bayer technologies and systems.
  • Implement the sales activation plan designed for key accounts on her/his region, in alignment with the Sales Activation Team. Document all interactions/relationships and Customer Share with key accounts through salesforce.com and/or the digital tools that Bayer provides for this objective.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related.
  • Minimum of 6 years of xperience in banana sales or crop management is required.

  •  Office knowledge
  • Very Strong managing Power Point and Excel.
