YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

 

1. 执行公司业务策略；

2. 有效的客户管理，合理安排学术拜访、确保正确的传递产品信息；

3. 独立组织学术会议，确保依据公司流程合规执行会议；

4. 参与和支持公司的各项业务项目，确保项目落地执行；

5. 支持团队内、跨团队和跨产品线，跨部门合作；

6. 提供真实准确的业务信息反馈，支持必要的日常运营的数据更新；

7. 参加公司必要的业务培训和产品知识培训，合规培训等，完成必要的专业能力考核。

 

 

Who You Are

 

1. 医药学本科及以上学历优先；

2. 一定的相关工作经验

3. 为人诚实、工作积极主动

4. 具有良好的业务敏锐度、学习能力；

5. 良好的沟通能力及人际关系能力、影响力；

6. 有和医学领域专家建立并保持良好的信任和学术关系的能力；

7. 良好的创新，开拓能力，

8. 良好的自我激励能力，愿意在压力下承担挑战性的工作；

9. 掌握演讲技巧，良好的协调及组织能力。
