Purpose of the Role
As part of the GBS Advisory team, the purpose of this role is to drive stakeholder engagement, generate and qualify new collaboration opportunities with divisional and functional stakeholders (e.g., insourcing or expanding the scope of GBS capabilities) and shape the value proposition for our Global Business Services (GBS). This role partners closely with business leaders from the divisions, functional teams, and operations to turn ideas into scalable initiatives and sustainable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and Map Stakeholders: Identify and map strategic stakeholders across divisions and functions to surface and prioritize potential collaboration opportunities (strategic roles in divisions at global, regional, and local levels in collaboration with GBS Ambassadors and GBS Capability Leads).

Manage Stakeholder Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end stakeholder lifecycle from initial outreach through handover to operations while building trust, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs, and acting as a trusted strategic advisor.

Proactively Discover New Opportunities: Proactively discover new opportunities for GBS to deliver value and support the scaling of existing capabilities driven by both internal outreach and inbound demand.

Maintain Opportunity Pipeline: Maintain and prioritize the opportunity pipeline to focus resources on high-impact initiatives and ensure timely follow-up.

Develop Tailored Proposals: Develop tailored proposals and introduction decks for new opportunities, including market/talent research and business case development.

Provide Strategic Guidance on GBS Capabilities: Provide strategic guidance on GBS capabilities, co-creating roadmaps and solution blueprints.

Lead RfP Development: Lead the development of comprehensive RfP (Request for Proposal) responses and proposals, and present pitches to stakeholders and selection panels.

Design GBS Value Proposition Materials: Design and maintain GBS value proposition materials for internal and external audiences (GBS/Center decks, virtual visit materials, one-pagers, etc.) with a strong customer-centric focus.

Monitor Market Trends: Continuously monitor market trends, identify opportunities for innovation, and proactively engage stakeholders to transform insights into actionable strategies that create significant value.

Represent GBS: Represent GBS at internal and external forums, conferences, and stakeholder events to promote capabilities and drive adoption.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in complex business environments, providing strategic support or leading project management initiatives.
- Business consulting background (strategy/operations) is a plus; experience structuring problems, building business cases, and delivering executive-ready recommendations.
- Business acumen would be a plus.
- Proficiency in Business English (written and spoken) is required.
- Strategic thinker with strong market awareness and the ability to synthesize insights across domains into holistic recommendations.
- Exceptional active listening and synthesis skills, translating stakeholder conversations into clear needs, priorities, and actionable roadmaps.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership with strong influencing and change management capabilities.
- High energy, engaging communicator; confident presenting and networking at senior levels.
- Enterprise-oriented, acting as a constructive challenger who elevates solutions from local fixes to enterprise impact.
- Advanced visualization skills, producing clear, compelling one-page visuals, maps, and slide narratives.
