CORE C2C O2B Deployment Manager 

 

Executes operational day-to-day procurement activities efficiently related to PO creation for assigned spend materials and services. Performs standard procurement activities and clarifies operational issues. Channels demand through preferred supplier contracts and catalogs.

Guides business and procurement operations end-to-end with system and process handling. Supports and follows up on issues within the Operational Procurement workflow system. Manages escalations from internal stakeholders promptly and resolve issues by providing timely solutions.

 

Main responsibilities:

    • Support CORE program team in preparation, implementation and open topics
    • Preparing and co-driving  fit-to-template workshops concerning implementation of CORE template in countries
    • Testing of new functionalities of the system – supporting UATs
    • Conducting exploratory testing
    • Guiding and supporting users in implementation of new functionalities
    • Documenting process
    • Coordinating with global stakeholders with regards to implementation
    • Collaborating with third-party providers
    • Cutover management   
    • Data migration

 

Core competences and skills:

    • Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with main focus on, Order to Cash or Supply Chain Management. Alternatively an equivalent progressive working experience;
    • Experience in Order-to-Bill - order flow, order fulfilment, customer service order oriented activities – preferably from the area of operations
    • 5+ years of experience in Contract-to-cash or Supply Chain Management
    • English: fluent in speech and writing
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Proactive can-do attitude
    • Advanced MS Office;
    • Advanced experience with ERP systems. Advanced SAP experience;
    • Problem solving skills;
    • Ability to embrace change and be able to work in a changing environment.
    • Willingness and availability to travel
