About the Position

Are you ready to lead a diverse community and elevate commercial operations? We are seeking a dynamic professional to oversee heterogenous Sales Ops & O2C work teams (10–40 employees at associate, intermediate, and expert levels) and drive strategic initiatives as a member of our local GBS Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate high-performing Sales Ops & O2C teams, fostering collaboration and excellence across all employee levels.
  • Participate actively in local, regional, and global GBS activities, including employee attraction, engagement, and representing the center internally and externally.
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior management and stakeholders, developing a clear global vision for commercial operations aligned with organizational goals.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, identify opportunities for innovation, and proactively engage stakeholders to transform insights into actionable strategies that create significant value.
  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships across various industries to share best practices, foster collaboration, and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Lead capacity-building initiatives and conduct regular partnership reviews to enhance team skills and competencies.
  • Support and guide employee professional and career development, including peer feedback, career coaching, and personalized development paths.
  • Set development priorities, build and deploy talent pools, and motivate the community to embrace innovation.
  • Champion team well-being and ensure a supportive work environment.
  • Manage resources and financials for a capability cluster totaling approximately $2MM USD.
  • Ensure service delivery meets agreed business KPIs.
  • Advise employees on skill development, support career progression, and drive the talent development cycle, including performance, compensation, and promotions.
  • Provide personalized guidance to help team members unlock their full potential.
  • Play an active leadership role beyond capability, supporting site leader in people engagement activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Visionary, VACC-savvy leader with a coaching mindset.
  • Proven track record in building effective teams/communities, attracting and retaining talent, and driving successful talent recruitment and development initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with strong market awareness and the ability to translate vision into actionable roadmaps.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and cross-cultural sensitivity, especially when leading teams across locations.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and understand diverse perspectives.
  • Solid understanding of the capability domain, with strong planning and budgeting skills.
  • Fluent in English (C1); additional relevant languages are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams; university degree is a plus.
