TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Develop and maintain 100% of the operative knowledge of the contractual process.
- Coordinate, prepare, and provide training sessions to all people involved in the process.
- Maintain direct contact with regional and local stakeholders to align mid-risk situations required for the processing of agreements.
- Keep internal information and materials organized and updated.
- Serve as the first internal escalation point whenever there are questions about the process.
- Process and review contracts via the Contract Center-Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLMS) user interface based on requests and content contributions from Bayer-internal clients, especially Procurement, General Commercial, R&D, and businesses with Healthcare Professionals.
- Guide the Requestor through every step of the process.
- Create materials required for training and communication.
- Identify complex cases or irregularities in contracts and escalate them to the Senior Expert.
- Maintain the internal repository of information.
- Identify activities that can be improved in quality and time.
- Interact with LPC Heads and Business Partners for the US.
- Interact with Heads of different Business Areas such as Insurance, Pharmacovigilance, Data Privacy, and Compliance.
WHO YOU ARE
- University degree or advanced student in Law is required.
- Experience in dealing with contracts.
- Experience in roles which require broad client interaction and coordination.
- Skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Good knowledge of document management systems.
- Advanced English skills, spoken and written.
- Customer service.
- Time management.
- Organizational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes.
- Professional oral and written communication skills.
