Contract Sr Associate

TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES 

 

  • Process and review contracts via the Contract Center-Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLMS) user interface based on requests and content contribution of Bayer-internal clients (especially Procurement, General Commercial, R&D and businesses with Healthcare Professionals).
  • Guide the Requestor in every step of the process.
  • Create materials required for training or communication.
  • Identify complex cases or irregularities in the contracts and escalate them to the Senior Expert.
  • Give maintenance to the internal repository of information.
  • Identify activities that can be improved in quality and time.
  • Work on a weekly dashboard for US volume.
  • Give support to the Senior Associates and Associates regarding reporting.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

 

  • University degree in legal completed or in progress.
  • 2-3 years of experience in dealing with contracts and roles which require broad client interaction and coordination.
  • Advanced English Level.
  • Skills in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Good knowledge of document management systems.
  • Competencies: Customer service, Time management, Organizational skills, Flexibility to adapt to changes and Professional oral and written communication skills.
