YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to the accuracy of the books in his/her scope of responsibility allowing a certification by external auditors.
• KPI steering on team level and a driver of improvement measures. Contribute to preparation and active participation in BKA Feedback Meetings for responsible countries/regions.
• Collaborate with the management execution of the month end close accounting and reporting activities.
• Support legal entities’ s closing process.
• Responsible for timely and complete execution and improvement of Accounting Operations activities as defined by Closing Calendar.
• Contact business (Sales & Marketing, Production, Source to Pay, among others) for clarification of business requirements.
• Performs manual General Ledger tasks such as postings via WPA in order of seeing the accounting movements reflected in SAP, also monitoring, and cleaning the accounts.
• Analyze and comment the significant variations of different accounts every month.
• Review the company closing results and provide follow-up to the different topics to solve the pending/open issues.
• Perform actual reporting, update and analyze monthly reporting results.
• Get a proper understanding and follow up in variances/findings over threshold in the data package reports.
• Support other Finance teams.

WHO YOU ARE

• Accounting, Finance or related university student with at least 50% completed.
• Professional experience of at least 1 year in Accounting (Mandatory).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Intermedium Excel.
• Being resolutive, independent and a decision-making person.
• Result-orientation, ability to work under pressure and capacity to prioritize properly the workload.
• Demonstrated teamwork spirit.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Analytical, proactive, with initiative and persistence for follow-up.
