Position Purpose
The responsabiliy of this position is to provide HR Reporting support by: Designing and building ad-hoc reports, mailbox management, maintaining dashboards, and operational support. This position will interact with HR and business to deliver reports based on requirements to enable data-driven decision making and people insights in alignment with people strategies.
Other tasks include developing competency in HR’s reporting data warehouse, Tableau, and other SAP-based reporting tools.
Major Tasks
• Mailbox management and support/fulfillment of all reporting requests
* Thoroughly review requestors' requriements to:
-Determine what report details are required to assist in fulfilling request, or if alternative options may better provide required information.
-Fully understand the business problem to be solved, and/or the report purpose to ensure report provided delivers the required results, and no rework is required.
• Create new or add/remove fields to existing reports
• Refresh data from multiple data sources to maintain dashboards or other HR reporting visulization tools
• Support for self-service reports – direct, provide information.
• Run/Support all scheduled reporting
• Following data sharing protocols, support specialized reporting requests for senstive data (I&D) or process areas (Comp, TA, etc.)
• Provide guidance or support questions from the business in regards to the data/report output
• Run/Support quarterly/annual reporting
• Maintain reporting schedule changes

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field .(Mandatory)
• 2 or more years of proven experience with HR Data Management administrative procesess, ideally in an international environment along with a good knowledge of HR interfaces.
• strong proficiency of MS Office (Excel) and SAP HR; demonstrated experience creating pivot tables and vLookups
• Medium Experience in SQL, Power BI, Tableau and Python. Workday is a plus
• Experience in working in an environment which requires the ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and multi-task.
• Strong profiency in SAP HR standard reports and transactions, specifically OM and PA
• High service delivery-attitude and passion for working in an international team
• Demonstrated networking skills and prior experience interacting in a confident manner with stakeholders, preferably in the regional and global HR/IT organization
• Strong self-management, time management and organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Proven ability to flexibly adapt to changing situations and to act in dynamic and complex surroundings
• Experience in working in an environment which requires the ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and multi-task.
• Ability to analyze processes, to identify potential for improvement and to propose innovative and sustainable adaptation to derive
• Proficiency in written and verbal English language skills (Mandatory) – other languages will be appreciated.
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
