TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Respond to HR-related queries from constituents via phone, email, web portal, and live chat, ensuring solutions meet customer expectations and foster positive relationships.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively educate constituents on HR processes and tools.
- Utilize problem-solving and research skills to analyze issues, drive resolutions, and escalate complex inquiries to HR Specialists when necessary.
- Leverage knowledge management tools to respond to inquiries, create or update knowledge articles, and conduct content quality reviews.
- Document inquiries and solutions, track frequently asked questions, and provide insights for process or service improvements.
- Operate independently: Exercise sound judgment and accountability in following established policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with data privacy and regulations.
- Administrative and Operational Support: Perform a diverse range of administrative and operational tasks daily in support of various HR processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure support coverage aligns with North American time zones.
WHO YOU ARE
- High School Diploma or studies in HR or Business Administration (desirable).
- 1 year of related experience in Human Resources and/or Customer Service is preferred.
- Advanced English level (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset.
- High reliability and motivation, with a willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Outcome-Oriented Mindset: Eager to support projects and tasks, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes and learning from experiences to improve performance.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrates a willingness to assist customers and learn about their needs to help improve their experience.
