YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES

 

  • Support manager remotely within daily work.
  • Purchase Orders (creation, follow up and track).
  • Submit, reconcile, and track Travel and Projects expenses.
  • Organize and maintain Outlook inbox and calendars for assigned manager(s).
  • Maintain and manage a contact lists, Share Points, MS Teams.
  • Prepare and update regular reports, budgets, and other documentation.
  • Organize, store and print company documents as needed.
  • Coordination of meetings, rooms and hotel reservations, catering events, onboardings, etc. (prepare briefing materials, take minutes, verify participants).
  • Travel arrangement provide support with business trips, transportation, and hotel booking.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, finance, IT, or similar discipline.
  • Excellent written and oral English and local language skills (C1+).
  • Proficient user of MS Office especially Outlook, Excel, Teams, Power Point, Word, and Share Point.
  • Ability to tailor presentations for different audiences, especially senior management.
  • Strong service focus, proactive approach and developed decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, keen to details Strong communication skills to different management levels.
  • Ability to operate in a highly intercultural environment and to work in a team as well as to work under time pressure.
  • Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality.
  • High level of reliability and flexibility with a very strong sense of urgency.
