O2C Contract to Cash SME Jr. Lead

Your task and Responsabilities:

• Support CORE project team in preparation, implementation and open topics follow up.
• Preparing and co-driving fit-to-template workshops concerning implementation of CORE template in countries.
• Testing of new functionalities of the system – supporting UATs.
• Conducting exploratory testing.
• Guiding and supporting users in implementation of new functionalities.
• Documenting processes.
• Coordinating with global stakeholders with regards to implementation.
• Collaborating with third-party providers.
• Cutover management.
• Data migration

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business related major, Business Administration, Finance or Supply Chain Management. Alternatively an equivalent progressive working experience in Order to Cash or Supply Chain.
• Bill-to-cash (AR, Credit Management, Collections), Order-to-Bill (order flow, order fulfilment) or Pricing experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Contract-to-cash or Supply Chain Management.
• English: Able to communicate effectively in both written and oral form.
• Possess strong interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills.
• Proactive, self-driven with "can-do" attitude • Advanced MS Office;
• Advanced experience with ERP systems. Advanced SAP experience;
• Drives results and manages complex issues to come up with a sound decision.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with key stakeholders.
• Ability to embrace change and be able to work in a changing environment.
• Willingness and availability to travel.
