TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES
- The Technical Complaint Handling Junior Associate will operate according to the assigned roles and responsibilities per the GMP documentation of the GBS Team (Technical Complaint Handling Department). The TCH Junior Associate may follow guidance from the Experts and Sr Associates to ensure daily work timelines are met, support preparation of KPI reports and communicate escalations.
- In addition, the Junior Associate may participate in transition activities of countries to be supported with Technical Complaint Handling, ie: Training and Validation.
- Support different countries as PTC Officer.
- Processing of Product Technical Complaint Cases: Assign appropriate initial risk classification after review of all relevant case information, Identify escalation needs and notification, apply country specific requirements and product specific requirements during processing of Technical Complaint Cases, support the sample handling and reimbursement process, create letters to complainants and 3rd party companies, maintain interfaces and communication with internal and external call centers, manufacturing sites, country quality units and complainants to obtain complete case information and investigate thoroughly.
- Support preparation of standardized KPI reporting.
- Ensures an appropriate documentation, archiving and recordkeeping process in compliance with applicable regulations and standard operating procedures (GMPs).
- Escalate to Senior Associate, Expert or TL any deviation to the QMS and any risk of not meeting the SLA for All Employees in the region, country or company (costumers).
- Support Operational Managers (Line Manager), PTC Officers (Expert, Senior Expert, Senior Associate and Associate).
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree required and studies in similar field desirable.
- 1 year of experience in medical/pharmaceutical background GMP environment - desirable.
- English and Spanish at least B2 (Intermediate) written and spoken - Mandatory, Portuguese desirable.
- Customer focus, highly oriented to handle complex processes.
- Ability to lead teleconferences in an international context.
- Computer literacy, ability to use the office suite.
