Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist 

 
   
   

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned to brand, launch, and lifecycle objectives.
  • Own on‑page, technical, and off‑page SEO optimization across web properties.
  • Partner with Content, UX, Development, and Legal/Regulatory teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded early in the workflow.
  • Conduct keyword research and intent mapping to inform content strategy and patient / HCP journeys.
  • Optimize site architecture, internal linking, metadata, schema markup, and page performance.
  • Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation, and overall site health.
  • Leverage SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Adobe/GA, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to identify growth opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics including rankings, traffic, CTR, engagement, and conversions.
  • Support launch readiness by ensuring SEO compliance and discoverability for new brands or indications.
  • Stay current on algorithm updates, search trends, and emerging best practices.
  • Ensure all SEO‑related activity adheres to regulatory, privacy, and compliance standards.

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 5 years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in regulated or enterprise environments.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and search algorithms.
  • Experience partnering with development teams (CMS, site migrations, tagging).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross‑functionally.
