TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Direct cooperation with internal stakeholders, providing business support and executing requests with a high level of complexity according to process documentation.
- Understand, monitor and take proper action regarding KPIs
- Support, follow-up, escalate and seek for solutions of identified issues across teams.
- Propose and contribute to process improvements and identify process exceptions. Update official process documentation.
- Prepare and conduct internal trainings (process and tools related) in form of 1:1 work shadowing or/and group trainings.
- Organize and participate in problem solving groups.
- Peer Feedback and support to the team in daily tasks.
- Support Capability Community Lead, Experts and the team in operational topics, follow-up on issues/escalations.
- Provide knowledge transfers and trainings to new hires.
- Co-creation: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new business needs and opportunities for growth.
- Task Prioritization: Effectively prioritize tasks to ensure alignment with team goals and business objectives.
WHO YOU ARE
- Advanced knowledge of the relevant IT systems.
- Understanding of the main and related Business Support processes.
- Proven professional experience in the respective process.
- Experience in Shared Service Center Set-up (as an advantage).
- Specific qualifications are defined by the process requirements (profile).
- Ability to use Microsoft Office 365 on advanced level.
- English at least C1; fluent in written and spoken; second language: level of skills. in spoken and written according to the position requirements.
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders of all levels.
- Ability to work independently and to work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to operate in a highly intercultural environment.
- Extraordinary customer service skills.
- Dedication and accuracy.
- Organizational skills, motivation and eagerness to learn.
- Flexibility in accepting new challenges (e.g. transitions, projects).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills required for investigating, responding and solving stakeholder issues.
- Proactive attitude.
- Ability to plan ahead and work adequately to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to moderate remote and onsite meetings.
- Use of Power BI, Power Automate, Teams and Share Point.
