YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Propose process improvement activities.
  • Collaborates with the team members and process expert/ team lead to develop action plan to perform/execute these activities.
  • Writes, revise and align with LE master data supporting documentation – LE and Country Specific
  • Ensures that Reports are submitted on Time.
  • Error File maintenance.
  • Handle Tax queries from AP, IC & Local Tax (including request Monitoring).
  • Prepare specialized reports related Indirect Tax, generate, analyze and submit KPI metrics reports on a monthly basis.
  • Tax Accounting activities according to the activity split with country.
  • Contribute training, onboarding and people development within team and across GBS-Tax.
  • Ensure alignment between Global Tax and local Tax requirements.
  • Monitoring and Clearing reconciliations tax accounts.
  • Responsible for the timely and proper resolution of escalation of incidents/issues/concerns.
  • Contribute to improve tax processes and implementation of innovation and standardization.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • Professional experience of 3 years in Accounting & Taxes. (Mandatory).
  • Studies in Accounting or Tax. (Mandatory).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an Associate position.
  • Advanced English level both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of relevant tax area, e.g. VAT and WHT.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Data analysis: good usage of Excel, Experience in VBA would be a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate and work under pressure with high flexibility in a changing and complex environment.
  • Good communication skills, usage of power point.
  • Meaningful and well-built stakeholder relationship.
  • Being able to teach others and invest in the expertise and capabilities of the people.
  • Being resolutive, independent and a decision-making person.
  • Demonstrated teamwork spirit.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Analytical, proactive, with initiative and persistence for follow-up
