TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be knowledgeable about the products of Bayer portfolio.
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
- Execute demand generation activities (field demos, presentations, samples distribution, training, etc.).
- Communicate product performance results to Bayer stakeholders.
- Support MD during new varieties introduction phase.
- Support Dealers in the execution of smart goals.
- Deliver technical support to Dealers and Growers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Represent Bayer brand during Ag events and expos.
- Report on customer and sales activities on CRM and other tools.
WHO YOU ARE
- BS in Agronomy or related in Engineering, administration. Desirable Agronomy.
- 1.5 years of relevant experience in Sales or Market Development in the agricultural sector, desirable in Vegetables.
- English proficient: 50%.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills & Customer Centric Thinking.
- Computer proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of the vegetable seeds business (varieties, market).
- Demonstrates strong negotiation skills.
