Main Job Purpose:

Drive Significantly Above Market Asia’s E-commerce  Growth to serve 680M Asia consumer’s rapidly evolving needs in a highly digitalized world with best Bayer Solution

 

Your Role & Responsibilties :

  • Manage overall in scope Emerging Social E-commerce Platform & HCP Vertical platforms: TikTok, Facebook, Line…Hallo Dr.to deliver Key Financial targets: sales target, market share, inventory by developing and implementing business operation plans within budget by complying the E-commerce strategy.
  • Customer relationship development & management. Identify right customer & distributor comply with the newly developed business model. Responsible for both sell-in target and sellout target delivery.
  • Channel expansion, Explore new business opportunity with expanding business to new platforms, new stores, new models with external partners to find new growth engine.
  • Accessing portfolio & new brand opportunity Lead from account owner perspective through new product launching, nurturing and incubator new brand in Ecommerce platforms.
  • Drive offtake development and business growth with relevant & effective operation plan with right conversion KPIs
  • Identify channel & Portfolio expansion opportunity. Explore new business opportunity with expanding business to new platforms, new stores, new models with external partners to find new growth engine.
  • Provide Market intelligence by assessing competition, customers plan & activity, identify business opportunities,
  • Demand forecast, sales plan, execution and review. Data mining and consumer understanding Deal with business data on different platforms to identify business trend, understand relevant markets and consumers to better develop both core and new brands

 

 

Your Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or above. 
  • 5+ years working experience in multi-platform E_C channel (either Health care & or FMCG industry experiences is a MUST.)
  • Well understand the distributor & Enabler relation & Capability
  • Savy in utilizing data to identify & plan business operation plan
  • Strong ownership on resulting driving and strong capability on planning, engaging, execution and tracking. 
  • Independently & Effective working in a fast paced and changing environment. 
  • Strong ability in building trust and influencing to both internal and external partners. 
  • Demonstrating strong learning capabilities on new skills, new methodology etc.
