JOB MAIN PURPOSE:

 

Radiology Medical Science Liaison (MSL) serves as a vital link between Bayer Radiology and the medical community. This role involves facilitating scientific exchange, providing medical information, and supporting evidence generation activities through engagement with healthcare professionals.

 

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

(Scientific Communication with Healthcare Professionals)

  • Engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to discuss the latest research and clinical data related to the company’s products.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with thought-leaders (TLs) in radiology area, including radiologists and radiological technologists and other co-medicals.

 

(Medical Education)

  • Provide training and support to internal & external stakeholders regarding safety management regarding contrast media for CT/MRI, and clinical insights.
  • Organize and participate in educational events, workshops, and conferences.

 

(Evidence Generation Support)

  • Collaborate with external investigators to identify potential research opportunities and support studies
  • Assist in the development of study protocols and provide insights on study design.

 

(Regulatory Compliance)

  • Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Review local promotional / non-promotional materials to confirm their compliance.

 

YOUR KEYS & QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in medicine or related fields. Advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 2-year experience in the pharmaceutical industry within Medical Affairs, Research & Development, Marketing or other relevant functions.
  • Basic knowledge of the concerned therapeutic areas (oncology, cardiovascular diseases, patient safety). Knowledge in radiology is preferable.
  • Ability to effectively work in cross-functional / regional teams. Skills of communication in English is required.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
  • Business acumen and understanding of business strategy.
