JOB MAIN PURPOSE:

 

The role is responsible for management of a territory to ensure the achievement of sales target, market share, debt collection and marketing activities implementation within assigned territory.

 

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Wholesalers Management & Development  

 

  • Take care and sell BCS products to wholesalers.  
  • Inform/ communicate and explain promotion program of the company for wholesalers.  
  • Handle customers’ problems, contact the relevant department, ensure that BCS products are delivered on time.  
  • Develop more potential wholesalers within assigned area.  
    • Sell forecast accuracy
    • Execution sell-in Plan
    • Support WS to build monthly order plan & sell out from WS to retailers Open new potential WSs and explore relationship with new Retailers
    • Commercial Policy Execution and Effectiveness at WS & Retailers Execution of Customer Engagement vs Plan    

 

Retailers Management & Development 

 

  • Develop and take care of potential retailer system (KEY RET)  
  • Visit and support wholesalers sell products to retailers.   Debt management and collection   
  • Responsible for monitoring, management and debt collection of wholesalers in the assigned territory.    
  • In case of problems arising with liabilities, Sales Representative has to notify Sales Supervisor/ Regional Sales Manager.
  • Manage AR & collection Support WS to build payment plan 

 

Implementation of Marketing Activities 

 

  • Support the implementation of promotion program & marketing activities (Demo, Trial, BFM, Shop Activation…) for farmers and other promotions or other works required by supervisors.  
    • Execution of sellout & demand creation activities, designed by CAC Cooperate with CAC to build Sell-out & DCA plan
    • Effective Sellout activities with efficient cost management: BFMwM, Display, Direct sell… Effective DCA: FM, Spot, FD…
    • Leading TA and build high performance team  
    • Merchandising Maintenance & Product Display 
    • Implement merchandising and display programs as well as maintaining and cleaning display items at wholesalers and retailers.

 

YOUR KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Any advanced qualification is a plus).
  • Minimum of 01-to-3-year experience in a sales and / or marketing role preferably within the Agriculture industry.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and team skills
  • IT literacy (basic knowledge and skills to utilize computers/tablets and related technology efficiently)
  • Excellent command (both oral and written) of local native language
  • English language skills are a plus
  • Energetic, Enthusiastic, self-driven, organized & willing to work extensively in field
