Commercial Support Officer
The Commercial Support Officer provides administrative, financial & organizational support to the marketing team and the commercial leadership team of the CH (Consumer Health) BNL organization. You will enable the marketing team and the commercial leadership team to execute their responsibilities in an effective and efficient manner and deliver functional objectives. The Commercial Support Officer will independently contribute to- or execute responsibilities within the CH BNL organization.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs advanced administrative support of the marketing team and the commercial leadership team by; internal/external meeting organization, internal and/or external communication, small IT/Office supplies ordering.
- Leads diligent management of the procurement process; from PO request, supplier registration to invoice handling and marketing P&I control & administration and the marketing year POs, in coordination with CH Financial Manager and Marketing Lead and in close collaboration with Bayer Shared Service Centers.
- Leads diligent management of contract management: from initiation to filing, in coordination with Marketing Teams.
- Key user of department Bayer related tools like DocuSign, SharePoint, Teams, Information Classification.
- In cooperation with the Sales Support Officer (NL) supports the CH BNL team by ensuring optimal availability & quality of content, data & assets, used for the commercial business activities towards consumers and customers including managing data in Productsup and Profitero.
- Supports marketing activities, including tasks like; internal/external communication, vendor communication and follow-up actions.
- Supports sampling activities and conventions (e.g Bepanthen.tattoo & baby) including stock distribution and website updates.
- Initiates and coordinates CH internal PR activities and be first contact for Bayer employees for questions about CH (i.e. townhalls, information sessions, brands). Support the commercial leadership team in teambuilding, team events and be the antenna of the team spirit.
- Back-up for the Sales Support Officer (NL).

WHO YOU ARE
- Completed MBO-level education in an administrative discipline
- At least three years of relevant experience in a comparable administrative role. Experience in a fast-paced and demanding working environment is preferred, although industry experience is not relevant
- You possess a strong aptitude for administrative work and genuinely enjoy managing administrative responsibilities
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written
- Accurate and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships with both in- and external stakeholders
- Strong numerical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- You are proactive in taking initiative to improve processes and solve problems
- Tech savvy, proficiency with office software (MS Office) and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to various systems.
