Commercial Capability Manager 

 

POSITION PURPOSE:

•Forefront a strategic capability roadmap to elevate the performance of Customer-facing teams, identifying key competencies and developing targeted interventions for current and future business needs.
•Develop and execute key commercial capacity building modules at national level to enhance the performance.
•Accelerate operational efficiency of customer facing teams and develop critical capabilities by collaborating with Unit/Country level squads.
•Design and customize developmental programs within the Units for different roles and levels while considering local needs and cultural nuances. 
•Optimize onboarding process for new hires, ensuring faster integration into their squads and partnering with internal stakeholders to identify and nurture future talent.
 
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
•Utilize a structured competency framework to identify learning needs within Units & squads, accordingly, prioritize capability interventions.
•Design, Develop & curate blended learning interventions tailored as per specific needs to foster high-performance culture.
•Develop and Manage a Comprehensive Learning Ecosystem by creating and maintaining training calendar for the customer facing teams.
•Rollout targeted learning programs aligned with business objectives for relevant roles within squads & Units.
•Implement robust follow-up mechanism to track the effectiveness/seek feedback of these capability interventions and adjust them as needed for betterment.
•Supporting country level business enablers/initiatives by enhancing capabilities of Squads to adopt new business tools & achieve desired business growth.
•Drive digital transformation across units to achieve operational efficiency by enhancing customer engagement & experience through various digital interventions to empower Squad members to take data driven decisions.
•Facilitate Onboarding program & Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) orientation for new squad members via Classroom, On the job trainings ensuring seamless integration into the commercial environment.
•Provide field coaching for identified individuals, focusing on skill enhancement and performance improvement.
•Foster a high level of collaboration with stakeholders across squads, USS, Unit Coach & HR to co-create & execute customized capability interventions aimed at talent development and business growth.
•Provide developmental support to field officers, supervisors, and other key stakeholders to enhance their effectiveness and contribution to the organization's goals.
 

WHO YOU ARE:
  • University degree (Master’s or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of agribusiness and strong experience working across large stakeholder network to deliver solutions.
  • Ability to lead and influence across senior leadership.
  • Strong Result and Process excellence Mindset to drive result, introduce programs and focus on continuous improvement.
