HR Operations Officer |
|||||
PURPOSE
As the central point of contact for various aspects of employee life cycles at the company. Ensure compliance with regulations, manage benefits enrollment and updates, support employee well-being initiatives, and handle essential administrative tasks within the HR department.
MAJOR TASKS
1. Government Compliance
Ensure full compliance with local labor and workforce regulations in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Tangerang, including the timely submission of Wajib Lapor reports and other required documentation.
2. Employee Benefits Administration
- Manage employee enrollment, data updates, and inquiries related to national health insurance (BPJS Kesehatan) and private medical insurance.
- Administer and track medical reimbursements and medical bill processing for employees.
3. Organization Management
- Maintain and update the company’s organizational structure (A-Line & R-Line) across all divisions.
- Create and manage new positions and organizational entities as needed.
4. Life Insurance Administration
Oversee employee enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to the Generali life insurance program, ensuring timely and accurate data management.
5. Retirement Planning
Design and implement programs and initiatives that support employee readiness for retirement, including planning tools, education sessions, and consultation support.
6. Employee Events & Wellness
Plan, coordinate, and execute employee wellness activities and HR-led engagement events to promote health, well-being, and a positive work environment.
7. HR Operations & Administration
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) for HR-related goods and services.
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.
8. Benefits Management
Update and manage employee eligibility and participation in various company benefits programs, ensuring alignment with policy changes and employment status.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Law, Psychology, or a related field).
- Relevant Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
