Major Tasks
- Ensures both individual and squad outcomes / sales targets are achieved; drives team performance even when individual goals have already been achieved
- Plan, organize and implement sales plan together with other squad members ensure to defined KPIs are achieved
- Develop relevant knowledge, data and expertise that are relevant for and of value to customers
- Understand customers’ needs/approaches to ensure a differentiated approach and develop strong relationships with customers
- Gather market / competitive data and anticipate customers trends and capture them using Bayer’s systems
- Support implementation of product stewardship and management of customer product complaints
- Provide appreciative feedback to each other to help each other grow and develop, and to help the team to learn and thrive
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: University degree preferably in Agriculture (Agronomy or Plant Protection)
- Experiencesin sales/marketing with min 3 years of relevant experience in Crop Protection industry
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Result-oriented with good analytical thinking, self-reliant with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Work independently, without manager supervision
- Proactively take accountability and have complete ownership of results
- Business level proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) is an advantage
