Sales Manager - East 

 

POSITION  PURPOSE:

Manage East zone sales&service for all Radiology Products.Ensue customer service and local business operationsDrive profitability through right implementation of Pricing strategy Build relationship with KOLs, hospital partners and biomedical team Develop strong distribution network for customer reach.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support in development and implementation of an effective and efficient system to facilitate Direct plan for India medical device and contrast business
  • Co-ordination with local platform & Local marketing team for successful implementation of business operations plan & management strategies for India Radiology & distributor business.
  • Provide support in the implementation of scientific education activities to complement business growth strategies and strengthen partnership with therapeutic area leaders and radiology congresses and societies, through scientific education programs.
  • Provide support to ABMs sales & service teams on executing strategy and solutions approach and plans in a compliant way to ensure sales and profit targets are achieved.
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with local supply chain, warehouse, sales& Service team for proper execution of sales as well as service orders.
  • Provide support to develop and implement plan to track and monitor the performance of engineers & sales team to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work with OEM local teams to build modality support.
  • Manage people processes and mentor team.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Post graduate management with engineer preferred
  • Qualification in a Science degree with relevant life science experience Sound experience of working in speciality and capital equipment sales Analytical thinking and team leadership experience.
