Brand Manager (all genders) 
 

 

In this position, you will be responsible for two important global brands as a Brand Manager. Together with the Senior Brand Manager, you will identify growth opportunities for the brands and their associated marketing strategies.

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • For defined brands, you are responsible and/or support a brand group
  • In collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager, you identify new growth opportunities
  • You work on marketing planning and strategy development in collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager
  • You contribute to the development of end-consumer communication and, if necessary, agency management 
  • You conduct competitive analyses and observations 
  • You are responsible for annual volume planning and monthly tracking of brand performance, partly in consultation with the Business Analytics team
  • You plan, manage, and control the budget (including W&I) and create reports in collaboration / agreement with the Senior Brand Manager.
  • Regular exchanges take place with global teams: including examination of possible NPDs, adaptation of global IMCs

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • You have a completed Master's degree in Economics (ideally with a focus on Marketing) or a comparable qualification
  • First experience in OTC or FMCG marketing is desirable
  • You have user knowledge of MS Office
  • You have excellent presentation skills
  • Critical thinking skills distinguish you
  • You have a strategic disposition
  • Fluent spoken and written German and English language skills complete your profile
