Group Accountant (all genders) with Global Responsibility for Financial Reporting 

 

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Global responsibility for the internal and external reporting of operating expenses and revenues
  • Analysis of the Recon Financials in close collaboration with Corporate Controlling
  • Ensuring the accurate accounting of the income statement and balance sheet items of the Bayer Group
  • Definition and monitoring of the global reporting and delivery strategy
  • Oversight of supporting technologies and process design
  • Ensuring compliant financial reporting and data quality
  • Providing management information and guidelines for all group companies
  • Central point of contact for the respective area of responsibility and responsible for training measures

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

  • You hold a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and first relevant professional experience with preference in financial audit.
  • Experience in group reporting and consolidation
  • Enthusiasm for expanding your skills and broadening your horizons
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented in your work
  • You bring flexibility and mobility for international assignments
  • Excellent German language skills and good English language skills, both written and spoken
