Intern Reliability & Maintenance (m/w/d) 

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Collaboration in the planning and implementation of projects to optimize the reliability and maintenance of technical equipment in pharmaceutical and agrochemical plants, e.g. in the areas of active ingredient production, formulation and packaging
  • Performing maintenance data analyses: Collect and contextualize multiple data sources to gain insights (e.g. maintenance needs, condition monitoring)
  • Support and assistance with reliability and maintenance performance analyses in Bayer production plants to identify potentials for improvements and develop action plans
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of standards (technical good practices) for reliability-design and -optimization to ensure the best possible performance of production plants at optimal maintenance costs


WHO YOU ARE

  • Current studies in mechanical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or another technical or scientific field
  • Initial experience in mechanical/chemical/thermal process engineering and interest in gaining experience in this machine technology from a maintenance perspective
  • Knowledge of programming language is desirable
  • Very strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • High degree of initiative and commitment
  • Excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team
  • Fluent English required. German, French or Portuguese desirable
