ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

What if you could help redesign the future of work before you even graduate?

Join Bayer Procurement's AI Transformation team and help reinvent how one of the world's largest procurement organizations operates. You will work at the intersection of AI, autonomous agents, and business transformation, experimenting with new technologies, building prototypes, and shaping how humans and AI collaborate to make better decisions. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Explore how AI and autonomous agents can transform procurement work 
• Build and test prototypes, prompts, workflows, and AI-powered use cases 
• Identify opportunities where AI can create significant business impact
• Evaluate AI outputs and help improve quality and decision-making
• Create insights and recommendations for senior leaders
• Bring an AI-native perspective into a team of procurement leaders, transformation experts, and AI engineers

WHO YOU ARE

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Science
• A frequent user of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar 
• Curious, analytical, and excited by solving complex problems 
• Comfortable experimenting, learning quickly, and challenging conventional thinking 
• Strong communicator with the ability to turn ideas into action
