Regional Marketing Manager Uro-Oncology East Germany (all genders)
The region in East Germany to be covered includes: Rostock, Magdeburg, Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden, Bamberg, and Coburg.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You understand the personal, professional, and career goals of your key customers
- You work with customers to achieve common or overlapping goals
- You are a networker and know how to connect customers with each other as well as with the right contacts within the company
- You are responsible for the planning, promotion, and execution of regional congresses and events sponsored by Bayer
- You professionalize existing event formats with key customers and regional networks (e.g., quality circles)
- You develop new innovative concepts and projects for value-creating collaboration together with key customers, for which you are also responsible for planning, promotion, and execution
- You communicate the Nubeqa product strategy in every customer contact
- You work closely with regional managers, field representatives, and MSLs, seeing yourself as a facilitator for the field team
WHO YOU ARE
- Completed scientific studies or comparable academic qualification and/or certification as a certified pharmaceutical representative
- Several years of sales or marketing experience, particularly in urology/oncology
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage, inspire, and persuade people
- High level of empathy and enjoyment in working with customers and colleagues
- Strong commercial drive and proven ability to increase revenue and market share
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
