Senior Solution Architect - Process Mining (all genders)
Join our team to lead the transformation of enterprise business processes through cutting-edge process mining and automation. As a Senior Solution Architect – Process Mining, you will drive technical excellence, data-driven decision-making, and operational efficiency across the
organization.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a technical leader, providing deep expertise and strategic guidance to business stakeholders to maximize the impact of process mining on cost reduction, efficiency, and decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with data scientists, business analysts, and IT teams, defining business requirements and translating
them into scalable technical solutions. - Architect and oversee the end-to-end implementation of enterprise-scale process mining solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and business impact.
- Develop and optimize robust data pipelines using technologies like Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, Talend, and Databricks, ensuring
seamless data extraction, transformation, and integration for analysis on platforms like Celonis. - Build dynamic dashboards and execution apps that enable process improvement, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance operational
efficiency. - Stay at the forefront of industry advancements, continuously exploring emerging technologies, methodologies, and frameworks to improve process mining and automation capabilities.
- Drive best practices across engineering teams, fostering knowledge sharing, innovation, and a high-performance culture.
- Ensure seamless data integration, security, and quality across multiple systems, aligning with compliance and governance standards.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Extensive years of experience in data engineering, process optimization, or enterprise data integration, preferably within management consulting, process improvement, or technology implementation.
- Strong programming and query language expertise, including SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and PQL.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Celonis for process mining, including developing data models, analyses, and automation solutions.
- Strong expertise in Databricks, including large-scale data processing, machine learning integration, and process mining analytics.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) for data visualization and advanced analytics.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data engineering tools, and DevOps best practices.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and collaborate in agile environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to
non-technical audiences. - Fluent English skills (additional languages are a plus).
