The CORE (Customer Oriented Resilient Enterprise) program is a significant turning point for Bayer on its path to becoming a leader in the industry. Its objective is to develop and implement an end-to-end (E2E) business model, enabled by a modern and resilient technical foundation that allows Bayer to deliver a seamless experience for our customers, suppliers, and employees.CORE is a multi-year, strategic, business-driven and IT-enabled global program that will drive our transformation journey forward. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You support and maintain the data governance framework in Collibra, ensuring clear data ownership, stewardship, and accountability
  • You help define and enforce data quality standards and compliance measures across the CORE environment
  • You support data harmonization across multiple systems (e.g., S/4, MES, OMP, Kinexis, Data.One) by standardizing definitions, formats, and structures
  • You execute data migration activities for manufacturing-related data, including assessing, cleansing, transforming, and validating data
  • You collaborate closely with Manufacturing VSL/VSM and SDL/SDMs to ensure a harmonized and consistent data setup across supply chain processes
  • You work with data owners and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve data issues, and align on governance policies
  • You implement monitoring processes to track data quality and integrity after migration
  • You create reports and analyses to provide insights on data governance performance and identify improvement areas

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have an academic degree, preferably in business administration, IT or natural sciences 
  • You have experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • You bring a solid understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and related tools (e.g., SAP R/3, APO, WMS, TM)
  • You combine strong conceptual thinking with analytical skills and can drive collaboration across teams
  • You are able to motivate and align stakeholders across different functions and organizational levels
  • You influence and persuade stakeholders effectively while building strong working relationships
  • You have strong organizational skills and can plan, support, or lead complex projects
  • You understand business models and their impact on data structures and processes
  • You have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken

 

 

This is a fixed-term position for 24 months.
