Amazon Account Manager (m/f/d) 

 

The Consumer Health division of Bayer S.p.A. is looking for a passionate and motivated Amazon Account Manager to join the team.

He/she will be responsible for the general management of the Amazon Bayer Business and will oversee all Amazon activity including sales, operations, marketing, and finance.

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Account management:

  • Develop growth plans to increase sales and reduce costs for our Amazon brands
  • Day-to-day Amazon Vendor/Seller Central account management and maintenance
  • Assist in 3P/1P catalog management and day-to-day account operations for various Bayer brands
  • Provide accountability to local, global and external agency vendors

 

Performance marketing & content management:

  • Establish pay-per-click advertising strategy to profitably win in key category terms
  • Actively manage Amazon advertising budget, execution, and bidding
  • Implement best practices for Product Detail Page and Brand Store content
  • Work with marketing and digital teams to ensure all copy, imagery, and videos meet ecommerce needs and are up to date

 

Insights & Analytics:

  • Analyze Amazon data (ASIN-level sales and performance reporting), report on events, and propose actions for continuous improvement and growth
  • Provide detailed profitability analysis inclusive of all costs associated with the Amazon business
  • Analyze brand catalog and suggest bundles, new product opportunities, or other strategies to grow sales and increase market share
  • Actively manage Profitero Sales & Share platform to assess competitor environment, market share and category trends

 

WHO YOU ARE:

 

  • Degree in Marketing, Economics or related fields
  • At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record actively managing Amazon Seller and Vendor Central accounts
  • Experience in other eCommerce and project management roles, agency experience a plus
  • High degree of ownership and project management skills
  • Familiarity with Amazon PPC, DSP, and Amazon SEO
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to take data driven decisions with experience in scenario planning P&L management and/or eCommerce data analysis
  • High level of adaptability, problem-solving skills, combined with creativity and openness to change and innovation
  • Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously and influencing people across teams
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables to ensure continued growth on Amazon
  • Excellent knowledge of Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Residence or domicile in Lombardy
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Italian mother tongue
