Bayer S.p.A. is looking for a brilliant and experienced Developing Amyloidosis Pathway Partner.
The Developing Amyloidosis Pathway Partner (APP) will serve as a primary point of contact for external stakeholders, focusing on the dissemination of scientific information and updates related to Acoramidis, a novel treatment for amyloidosis. He/She will foster long-term scientific relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in the assigned territory, evaluate the best budget and resource allocation and identify shared purpose among stakeholders, aiming to co-create solutions. Moreover, he/she will facilitate the involvement in national, regional and local educational forums, including expert meetings and symposia.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Engage proactively and reactively with HCPs as a subject matter expert on amyloidosis, providing education and clarification on label scientific data related to Acoramidis.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations by focusing discussions on-label and directing off-label inquiries to the Medical Affairs team.
• Identify, profile, and segment HCPs and HCOs to develop tailored engagement plans in alignment with the overall brand strategy.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other relevant stakeholders.
• Be accountable for all aspects of the successful launch of Acoramidis, ensuring its appropriate use among target audiences.
• Collaborate with the Dev. Customer Engagement Lead to evaluate budget and resource allocation in line with project goals.
• Attend national and local congresses and conventions to network with KOLs, gather competitive intelligence, and promote Acoramidis.
• Facilitate Hub and Spoke centers networking.
• Assist in presenting new information to hospital formularies and Provide insights on patient flow optimization to address capacity issues in accounts.
• Accountable to define and implement the overall regional strategy within the assigned territory together with Developing Customer Engagement Lead
• Develop and execute key account plans and adopt co-created solutions to ensure a consultant and partnering experience and customer satisfaction through data driven decisions.
• Support local clinical operations personnel and Medical Expert in strategic feasibility assessments for company-sponsored clinical studies.
• Collecting Investigator Initiated Research (IIR) ideas and facilitating connection with medical chapter for IIR set-up
WHO YOU ARE:
• Bachelor’s degree in natural/biological sciences, pharmacology, pharmacological chemistry or medicine.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a KAM, IPO or MSL role.
• Knowledge of amyloidosis and related therapeutic areas is a preferred requirement.
• Proven ability to lead projects from inception to completion and strong problem-solving and organization skills.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial design and critical analysis of scientific literature.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).

• Intermediate knowledge of English, with good reading and writing abilities.
• Residence or domicile in Piemonte/Liguria and maximum availability to travel in the assigned territory
