Finance Intern (m/f/d)

The Consumer Health division of Bayer S.p.A. is looking for a passionate and motivated candidate who will join the Finance team and support activities related to the management and control of compensation fee bonuses, as well as the maintenance and updating of client master data. The role also involves close collaboration with the Sales and Finance teams on analysis and reporting activities related to channels and clients.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the accrual and final accounting process of compensation fee bonuses for organized clients
• Verify, control, and reconcile financial and contractual data
• Manage and update client master data within company systems
• Support reporting and analysis activities on client and channel performance
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams on ad hoc analyses and KPI monitoring
• Assist in the preparation of periodic reports and dashboards
• Contribute to data quality activities and continuous improvement of internal processes

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree (or currently pursuing a degree) in Economics, Finance, or related fields
• Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
• Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus
