FINANCE INTERNSHIP – Crop Science (m/f/d)

Bayer Crop Science is a leading agricultural company specializing in innovative crop protection products, seeds and digital solutions to support farmers in sustainably increasing productivity.

Bayer Crop Science is looking for a brilliant Finance Intern to support the Finance Italy/Greece team with the automation and digitalization, enabling the usability of the Finance data within the commercial teams.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and statements
• Support in planning and organizing data flows to support finance-related processes and decision-making
• Assist the Finance and the commercial teams in the digital transformation, maximizing the usability of dashboards with key metrics and performance

WHO YOU ARE:

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business Engineering or Management Engineering
• Highly motivated, proactive, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and challenges
• Flexibility and excellent analytical skills complete the profile
• Excellent digital skills, including strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Power Point)
• Good knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian mother tongue
