Graphic Designer Internship (m/f/d)

GRAPHIC DESIGNER INTERNSHIP

We are seeking a motivated and creative Intern to join our team and assist with creation of promotional material regarding Bayer Pharma local brands', as well as supporting and updating local website. The successful candidate will work closely with our marketing team to ensure high-quality content creation, a seamless user experience and the effective delivery of marketing assets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Collaborate with the Content Designer to conceptualize, develop, and produce high-quality promotional and internal materials (e.g., newsletters, brochures, flyers, posters, slide presentations, print ads, event banners) from brief to design, ensuring adherence to Bayer's brand and corporate identity for both print and web formats.
•  Proof and test assets across devices before release to ensure optimal performance.
•  Update and publish engaging content on local websites to enhance user experience.

WHO YOU ARE:

•      Degree in Graphic Design or a related field (e.g., Communication Design, User Experience Design).
•   Excellent skills in Adobe Design Suite, specially: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier
•   Fluent in English and Italian is mandatory

REQUIREMENTS:

•  Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
•  Strong creativity and ability to follow brand guidelines.
•  Strong UX skills and understanding of user experience principles.
•  Detail-oriented with the ability to proof and compare assets effectively        
•  Understanding of AI for content creation.
•  Strong collaboration skills and a proven team player.
•  Familiarity with SEO and web design is a plus.
