Regulatory Affairs Specialist ITAGRIS & Iberia (m/f) 

 
   
   

The Consumer Health division of Bayer S.P.A. is looking for a smart and curious Regulatory Affairs Specialist ITAGRIS & Iberia. He/She will be responsible for Regulatory operational activities and Regulatory management of assigned portfolio within Consumer Health (CH) Italy division and to advise and support local business on regulatory aspects of assigned portfolio.

 

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES


• Regulatory operational activities and regulatory management of the assigned products and / or portfolio within Consumer Health (CH) Italy division comprising e.g., of medicinal products, medical devices, food supplements and cosmetics (including but not limited to: maintenance of existing licenses, registrations, new launches, product information, promotional materials according to statutory requirements and internal processes) 
• Preparation of country specific local submission documents including management of internal/external approvals, where required.
• Management of all regulatory databases for Italy and the cluster that hold information regarding production, quality, Health Authority procedures tracking, statutory texts and promotional materials on our active products (e.g., DORIS, Synaps, eDAM etc).
• Operational and technical support to the cluster with a focus on, but not limited to labeling and lifecycle systems’ management 
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes of practice (internally and externally)
• Development, review, update and implement local best practice documents.
• Monitoring, understanding and communicating with internal parties the impact of regulatory information and intelligence relevant to the CH business as well as advising the local business on portfolio related issues

 

WHO YOU ARE

• Master’s Degree in Life Science or equivalent Scientific degree 
• 1+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably in Consumer health or related positions
• Experience in working cross-functionally and with teams across countries is a preferred requirement
• Collaborative mindset and team player
• High curiosity and creative approach
• Ability to analyze, organize and plan effectively with good communication skills
• Strong aptitude for using IT systems, databases, and social networks. 
• Upper intermediate knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
