Vendor and Reimbursement Specialist 

 

The Vendor & Reimbursement Specialist will provide Level 1 Reimbursement & Vendor process management and CRM support, responsible for ticket resolution and escalation.  The incumbent will identify opportunities to improve and optimize vendor & reimbursement processes.

 

Bayer is committed to a flexible hybrid working environment. This is a vacant 13-month Contract position based out of our Head Office in Mississauga, ON.

 

What you will do:

    • Responsible for updating CRM with Fair Market Value (FMV) data
    • Reviews & updates documentation and guidance related to Reimbursement
    • Collaborates with global/regional reimbursement teams (SSO) to ensure payments are compliant and act as a point person for field users. Updates SmartPay platform for timely reimbursements as required.
    • Backup support for Veeva CRM ticket resolution
    • Supports the Veeva CRM change management in assisting in the creation of training material and tutorials
    • Leads Samples & Literature Management process for Operations (rep allocation in CRM, status update, ship to overwrite, annual audits, quarterly reports, etc.)
    • Responsible for accurate and timely Rep Roster management
    • Ensure compliance based on internal and external regulations

 

Who you are:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Veeva) and finance platform tools
  • Customer centric orientation demonstrated by proactively addressing the needs of both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Understanding of data governance principles and best practices;
  • Innovative and adaptable with excellent written communication and interpersonal skills

The base salary range for this role is between $84,800.00 and $127,200.00. This compensation includes components such as base salary, vacation pay, public holiday pay, potential estimated overtime pay and paid statutory leaves of absence. Additional benefits may include insured benefits such as health care, vision, dental, disability, and contributory retirement savings plans, etc.

 

This role also provides the opportunity to earn additional performance-based compensation. If performance-based compensation is earned, the total compensation package may provide an opportunity to earn a Total Direct Compensation (TDC) range of $95,800.00 to $143,700.00. This TDC would include base salary and may also include items like bonuses (short-term and long-term incentives) and sales incentives. The estimated TDC range estimates performance-based compensation earned at 100% of target; however actual amounts may fluctuate below or above the TDC range based on company and/or individual performance.

 

This salary range is an estimate and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, market data and the applicant’s skills, prior relevant experience, job-related knowledge, specific degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
