Receiving and Warehouse Specialist |

Main Purpose
- Strategically ensure the management of plant warehouse operations at Khon Kaen site, Phitsanulok site, and Toller, in compliance with Bayer policies and vision.
- Accountable for seed receiving from domestic production, overseas (import), and return stocks from DCs.
- Manage non-seeds from shop-floor order processes such as conditioning, treatment, and packing.
- Manage physical inventory at plant level to support on-time delivery.
- Ensure optimal safety stock levels of non-seed materials to prevent excess inventory and shortages.
- Accountable for managing all machine and equipment assets within the plant, ensuring traceability, well-defined layout documentation, and accuracy of asset information.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, and internal stock distribution of both seed and non-seed items related to plant operations at Khon Kaen site, Phitsanulok site, and Toller.
- Set up layout and ensure efficient space utilization by initiating and enforcing operational policies and procedures in compliance with warehousing and shipping legislation requirements.
- Accountable for periodic physical counts of stock and annual audits of seeds and non-seeds.
- Responsible for external stock take / physical count planning and coordination with Finance for stock adjustments after approval.
- Closely work with seed processing teams in planning monthly production scheduling and import shipment coordination to ensure seed arrival on time.
- Manage seed and non-seed inventory (quantitative and qualitative), including stock movement from store to shop-floor and from work centers to stores.
- Oversee sample bank management and coordinate with IM team to ensure timely germination updates and alignment with commercial requirements.
- Manage safety stock of non-seed materials to ensure appropriate inventory levels, avoiding both overstocking and shortages.
- Process storage management with good condition following seed storage guidelines.
- Manage all fixed assets (machines and equipment) within the plant, including new acquisitions; coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate asset information and support annual audits.
- Execute internal and advanced activities in Bayer systems (SAP and electronic networks) commonly used in production processes.
- Ensure compliance with government rules and regulations, as well as Bayer SSHE initiatives and objectives.
- Support and track financial management activities such as budgeting and cost management.
- Be responsible for functional communications on a regular basis to support team development.
- Utilize onePSS techniques to initiate process improvements, standardize work, track metrics, and support a better place-to-work methodology.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistic, Supply chain, Manufacturing, Agriculture or related fields.
- 3+ years’ experience in inventory control, stock management, and warehouse management.
- Knowledge of SAP programs (able to operate and troubleshoot).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Implement and follow company procedures and values.
- Knowledge of process improvement principles such as Lean and Six Sigma.
