Main Purpose

The role plays a pivotal part in supply chain planning by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient supply, optimal use of resources, and effective systems utilization. It is responsible for defining demand-aligned schedules, enabling strong operational and tactical planning, and improving supply performance and inventory optimization. The position leads the Country S&OP and S&OE processes for ConoSur to ensure stable supply in line with service level agreements while managing site COGS through impactful, data-driven decisions. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, collaboration, and a clear focus on cost efficiency and service levels.        

        

Your mission will be to

  • Focuses on high-impact planning and demand/supply management activities within the supply chain
  • Drives cost-saving opportunities to improve supply efficiency and optimize COGS
  • Acts as the main interface with Commercial and local planning teams to align strategy with supply plans
  • Develops supply scenarios, manages order transitions, and leads supply reviews and risk mitigation
  • Oversees write-off performance, inventory, resource, and staffing planning
  • Ensures high standards in forecasting, material ordering, data accuracy, and supplier collaboration
  • Leads continuous improvement of supply chain processes and systems
  • Supports product lifecycle activities, including launches, transfers, and divestments
  • Leads or supports key initiatives, projects, and change management activities
  • Mentors and develops team members to build a high-performing supply planning organization

 

Unlock your potential

  • University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience
  • Several years of operational experience in SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Quality within Life Sciences or FMCG
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and supply chain transformation
  • In-depth understanding of planning, production sites, quality, and logistics operations
  • Ability to address short-term and tactical supply chain challenges
  • Proficient in SCM systems (e.g., OMP, APO) for planning, inventory, and logistics
  • Solid understanding of regulatory, legal, and GMP/GXP requirements
  • Experience leading complex supply chain work and product lifecycle changes
  • Fluent in English
