Main Purpose

 

  • Add value to the business, driving transformation  and striving for optimized performance across Product Supply through OnePSS.​
  • A strategic partner with senior leadership leading and influencing process optimization, onePSS and innovation at the assigned sites.
  • Architect interface within site, off site and business units to define the best resources allocation to on operations squads;​

 

Your mission Will be to

 

  • Serve as first point of contact from the operations connecting to the appropriate unit for each subject;
  • Connect onePSS practices with SCM main outcomes and guarantee a continuous advancement of the onePSS culture within the Norla and Conosur SCM operations.
  • Lead and co-design 5 year strategy deployment for the operation scope
  • Guarantee Governance within the operations for the initiatives pipeline (L-Gates) to deliver Savings and inventory optimizations
  • Support OPEX and CAPEX requirements for initiatives execution, including operations master plan and digital roadmap.​
  • Part of SCM Norla and Conosur leadership team addressing site needs and connecting with off-site structure​
  • Frequently visits shop floor to identify opportunities and barriers
  • Map the capabilities required based on the 1, 3 and 5 year strategy
  • Define the upskilling, reskilling or hiring strategy to get the capabilities needed
  • Connect with the latest estate of art, by participating in forums and events to bring the outside-in in terms of SCM excellence
  • Coach/Lead some of the  main temporary SQUADS at the operations based on the outcomes and expertise.
  • Support operations for idea prioritization and off site resource allocation​
  • Bring the rigor and discipline mindset across the organization

 

Unlock your Potencial

 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar. Plus: MBA or APICS
  • 10 years of professional experience in Supply Chain (Planning, Customer Service, Logistics)
  • SAP, Salesforce, Excel
  • Analytic capabilities
  • Advanced knowledge of onePSS
  • Project Management
  • Change management
  • Operational background in PS
  • Fluent in English (Advance)
