What You Will Do
The Industrial Hygienist is responsible for providing technical Industrial Hygiene and general Safety expertise to address exposure and safety concerns across site, including broad coverage for Industrial Hygienist (safety reviews, projects, risk determination, etc).
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinate with project personnel to determine need for project/equipment/work reviews/testing/sampling/documentation.
- Identify new or best practices in exposure monitoring and associated recordkeeping practices.
- Coordinate with Industrial Hygienist to improve IH/Safety procedures.
- Promote engagement and understanding iby actively working with areas and teams to interpret procedure or regulatory requirements.
Audits & Requirements
- Assist with arranging, hosting, and completing findings from audits, as determined with Industrial Hygienist and Manager.
- Develop compliance or improvement plans in coordination with Safety and IH groups.
Training:
- Provide training on topics including, but not limited to, ‘Train the Trainer’ for Safety and IH or others per site request.
- Work with site teams to align training.
- Lead teams to investigate concerns, determine, and drive solutions to completion.
- Assist in developing action plans and best practices across the site and sharing the region as requested.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of manufacturing experience.
This posting will expire on April 8th, 2026.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $73,520-$110,280 . Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. If selected for this role, the offer may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
