Junior Production Planner
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for creating and managing production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource utilization.

Analyze production capacity and forecast demand to ensure timely delivery of products.

Coordinate with manufacturing teams and monitor inventory levels, adjusting plans as necessary to minimize disruptions.

Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.

Support the production planning team in monitoring production performance and reporting on key metrics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment on production requirements.

Help manage inventory levels and assist in the procurement of raw materials and components as needed.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights and suggestions for optimizing production processes.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production planning activities.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of production processes and inventory management preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with production planning software is a plus.

Relevant internship or co-op experience in production planning or supply chain management is preferred.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $71,120.00 - $106,680.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
